Oversee content optimization: product pages, A+ content, keyword strategy, and image assets — with a focus on conversion and SEO
Lead new product launches, channel expansions, and promotional calendar planning
Analyze and report on marketplace KPIs (traffic, sales, ACOS, Buy Box %, return rates, contribution margin, etc.)
Partner with creative, finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution across all initiatives
Stay current with marketplace trends, algorithm updates, and compliance changes — and turn them into proactive action
Build business cases for new channel investments, product expansions, or tools/technology that improve marketplace outcomes
What Success Looks Like:

Improved ad efficiency, product ranking, and conversion rates

Data-driven decision maker, comfortable working with Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards
Exceptional project management and communication skills — able to drive alignment and accountability across teams
Self-starter with a bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently in a remote setting
