Overview:
We’re looking for a Marketplace Lead to support and accelerate our growth across major U.S. online marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and Zappos. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of marketplace experience who can independently manage product listings, assist with advertising execution, and monitor account health, while contributing insights that improve sales and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content).
  • Assist in executing marketplace advertising campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate FBA replenishment, and flag potential stockout risks.
  • Analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, Buy Box %, ACOS, return rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal promotional planning.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

  • Listings are consistently optimized for discoverability and conversion.
  • Advertising campaigns are executed accurately and meet efficiency goals.
  • Fewer fulfillment issues and well-maintained inventory health.
  • Regular reporting that highlights opportunities and drives team decisions.
  • Smooth, on-time product launches and promotions.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central required).
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership of execution.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Target+, or Zappos.
  • Familiarity with marketplace tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics).
  • Exposure to DTC or omnichannel eCommerce operations.

Annual Salary $67,000
